山东第一医科大学高层次拔尖人才,医学人工智能与大数据学院教授、核酸大数据与智慧医学实验室PI;主要从事多组学数据的生物信息学研究、癌症等重大疾病的复杂调控机制研究、基于医疗大数据的临床决策系统研究等方向,发表SCI总引用次数近千次。其中研究长非编码RNA的代表性文章发表在Nucleic Acids Research杂志上,SCI它引超过700次。目前共主持国家自然科学基金两项,国家重点研发计划课题一项,省级创新团队一项。
2008年开始在国内从事转录组学为主的生物信息学研究,随着测序技术的快速发展于2013年前后进行多生命组学相关的科学研究,2016年开始将研究方向转为基于多组学与医疗大数据的临床科学问题研究。
